My methodology Cosmic Embodiment Coaching is designed to support you to connect with your inner knowing and manifest your soul's desires. This methodology is rooted in astrology and reiki. Your personal birth chart (astrology) is the map to your soul’s purpose and energetic channeling (reiki) is the vehicle to remove blocks in getting you there.
Our first session is always a birth chart reading to get an understanding of elements within your cosmic blueprint. Based on the energetics of your chart as well as how transiting planets are impacting you, we will work together to bring you to your inner knowing. When we are in touch with our inner knowing (or intuition) a spider-web effect takes place within your soul!
Your birth chart is a unique blend of who you are (no one’s chart is the same!) and understanding each piece of your cosmic mapping can bring you closer to anything, yes anything, you want to manifest! Maybe your moon sign needs nurturing, maybe Saturn has come in to ask you to step into maturity, maybe Neptune is making things hazy?
Based on your specific goals/needs I will curate your one on one sessions that could include personalized horoscopes/journal prompts, yoga, breathe work, energy healing and as always intuitive guidance. Our foundation is always your personal birth chart!
